The Lloydscompany team has just returned from Suriname. The reason for this tropical visit is the new performance KABITENI. This means “captain” in Surinamese, which is also what the performance is about. And this is not just any captain, but a female captain who lives in the interior of Suriname. Reason enough for Lloyd Marengo and his team to travel here.

Choreographer Lloyd Marengo was a judge at Cypher Cats' first dance competition. This underground dance battle platform organised its first dance battle, or “cypher”, at the end of February in Suriname.

'Three Little Birds' has been nominated for the Young Swan Dance Production 2025. This theatre and dance performance is an idea by Giorgio Costa and was created under the banner of Lloydscompany. The tour was scheduled to end in May 2025, but has already been extended due to its success. Dancers Giorgio Costa, Remses Rafaela, and Pom Arnold have now enchanted children 44 times with their hip-hop and breakdance, acrobatics, imagination, and play.
