Privacy Policy

Privacy

Your privacy is important to Lloydscompany. That is why we use our privacy statement to show what personal data we collect and what we do with this data.

First and foremost, Lloydscompany wants to meet the needs and expectations of its visitors. That is why we use analysis programmes to analyse data about the activities of our visitors on our website and social media channels. The programmes use IP addresses to record data such as internet browser, device type and place of residence. We also process personal data from newsletter subscribers who have registered online. In addition, we sometimes take photos and videos at the start, during and after performances.

Personal data

We use personal data for a number of purposes:

We use Google Analytics to analyse how often, by whom and in what way the website and our social media channels are visited. Google Analytics uses the IP address to record data such as the internet browser, device type and place of residence of visitors to the website and visitors to our social media channels. We do this to improve our website and social media channels and to better tailor our offering to the preferences of our visitors.

When we send emails, data is stored in the MailBlue mailing system, which tells us whether you have received, opened and read the email and which links you have clicked on. We do this to improve our mailings and better tailor our offerings to the preferences of the recipients. Personal data of newsletter subscribers is used to send digital newsletters. The newsletter subscriber has given permission for this when registering.

Data from newsletter subscribers is stored in MailBlue until they unsubscribe themselves via the newsletter or by email.

You are, of course, entitled to access your personal data and to request the correction or deletion of your personal data.

Photographs and videos

We use photographs and videos taken before, during, and after performances for our own communications and on our own digital channels, such as our website and social media, as well as for other marketing and communication purposes, such as our annual report. We store the photographs and videos in our archive for an indefinite period of time.

For photos taken indoors, we request permission using a consent form for the publication of photos and videos. Visual material is occasionally sent to third parties, such as the media, co-producers and other partners.

If you have any questions about personal data or Lloydscompany's privacy statement, please contact us at communicatie@lloydscompany.nl.
