Come see the work of a new generation of dance makers in four short performances!

Karlijn Hu Chuan Roest, Thea Atladóttir, Venla Keskinen (aka Miila Kaarina), and Zeddrich Starke have taken on the challenge of creating a new play in seven weeks. Four very different creators with backgrounds in contemporary dance, hip-hop, breakdance, New Way Vogue, and more.

They receive intensive guidance on their own research and the creative process, and learn from each other during joint feedback sessions in the areas of choreography, dramaturgy, music, creative producing, and communication. For several weeks, they have been immersed in the studios to work on their own research and the creative process that goes with it. By pushing boundaries, further developing concepts, challenging bodies, and allowing forms to merge, new energetic and unpolished work has emerged.

Every year, the new creators of One Night's Dance are closely guided through coaching from Dansateliers and Lloydscompany. This year, the dramaturgical guidance is in the hands of Rodia Vomvolou.

From December 5th to 8th and from December 12th to 15th, they will present their work to the public.
