Eleven hip-hop dancers from four countries are coming together in an international dance production that pays tribute to classic hip-hop.

The dancers have the ambition to become choreographers later and are fully involved in the creative process. They are accompanied by established choreographers from their own scene.

The team is creating new work under the direction of Lloyd Marengo, paying homage to iconic performances such as The Roots (Kader Attou) and Itinéraire Bis (Nabil Ouelhadj).

Mind Your Step was created in collaboration with Roots & Routes Netherlands, Maas Theatre and Dance, Royal Flemish Theatre, CIE La Racines Carrees, and Roots & Routes Cologne.
