Eleven hip-hop dancers from four countries come together in an international dance production that pays tribute to classic hip-hop.

The dancers aspire to become choreographers in the future and are fully involved in the creative process. They are mentored by established choreographers from their own scene.

The team is creating a new work under the direction of Lloyd Marengo and paying homage to iconic productions such as The Roots (Kader Attou) and Itinéraire bis (Nabil Ouelhadj).

Mind Ur Step has been created in collaboration with Roots & Routes Nederland, Maas Theater en Dans, Koninklijke Vlaamse Schouwburg, CIE La Racines Carrees and Roots & Routes Cologne.
