Last week, our artistic director (Lloyd Marengo) and business director (Jade Schiff) were in Soweto, South Africa. There's a really great collaboration coming up. Lloyd will begin the creative process for a new performance with the Soweto Skeleton Movers in December 2022.

WHO ARE THE SOWETO SKELETON MOVERS?

Soweto Skeleton Movers is an urban dance group from Soweto, a township of Johannesburg (South Africa). The men stand out for their agility, snake-like movements, and energy. Her style is, officially speaking, Pantsula. An African dance style that combines breakdancing, house, and street dance with acrobatic movements and footwork.
