Three little birds to Berlin and back to the Netherlands in 2027.
The success of our children's performance 'Three Little Birds' is not limited to the Netherlands. After more than forty shows in the Netherlands in January, the three dancers will cross the border to perform for children and their parents at the Tanzfestival in Berlin. They will perform a total of three times, twice for schools. In the spring of 2027, the hip-hop and theatre performance will return to Dutch theatres.
'Three Little Birds' is an idea by Giorgio Costa and was created under the banner of Lloydscompany. Dancers Giorgio Costa, Remses Rafaela, and Pom Arnold have now enchanted children 44 times with their hip-hop and breakdance, acrobatics, imagination, and play. The tour was originally scheduled to end in late May 2025, but has already been extended due to its success. In October, the children's performance was nominated for the Young Swan Dance Production 2025.
THREE LITTLE BIRDS
In a performance full of tricks, hip-hop and breakdance, acrobatics, and acting, the audience goes on an adventure with two brothers. On a warm day, they are allowed to camp in their parents' backyard, which in their imagination transforms into a vast forest. As soon as evening falls, the brothers hear strange noises and meet a strange new friend...
‘Three Little Birds’ is about a boy who wants to be a bird and receives support from an unexpected source. The performance tells a story about friendship and believing in what you can become.

ABOUT THE MAKERS OF 'THREE LITTLE BIRDS'
'Three Little Birds' is an idea by choreographer and dancer Giorgio Costa. He previously worked with artists such as Broederliefde, Maan, Jandino, and Glennis Grace. Additionally, he was the artistic director of the Albeda Dance College, a vocational school, and was named Teacher of the Year in 2019.
In 'Three Little Birds', Giorgio joins forces with his original dance partners: Pom Arnold and Remses Rafaela. The trio began their dance careers together in the breakdance formation Groove Kings, with whom they reached the finals of Holland's Got Talent and Battle of the Year, among other competitions.
Pom Arnold toured the world with Cirque du Soleil and performed in productions by Alida Dors, Ish, and previous performances by Lloydscompany. Remses Rafaela has performed in shows by Isabelle Beernaert and BBOY van Maas, among others. He recently created the children's performance "Wijzer."
