From powerful performances to innovative choreography: Lloydscompany Presents takes you on a journey through a variety of dance energies and styles. For this biannual event, leading choreographer Lloyd Marengo selects and coaches both up-and-coming and established dancers. The highlight of this evening at Theater Rotterdam is Guido van Moorselaar. This freestyle soccer artist is creating a special performance for this evening with harpist Ranie Ribeiro and a dancer. In *Harmony with Nature*, the three performers take you on a poetic journey in which the enchanting sounds of the harp, expressive dance, and the surprising movements of freestyle soccer come together in a unique world inspired by nature and Japanese culture.

The harp forms the musical heart of the performance. Inspired by the sounds, rhythms, and stillness of nature, Ranie Ribeiro creates a world live on the harp where you seem to forget time for a moment. The music becomes visible in movement: a dancer and a freestyle soccer player find their own rhythm and discover new forms of harmony.

Inspired by Japanese culture and philosophy, *In Harmony with Nature* explores our relationship with the natural world. In a society that moves ever faster, we are becoming increasingly disconnected from the rhythm of nature. But what happens when we slow down? When we learn to look, listen, and feel anew? The fusion of live harp music, dance, and freestyle soccer creates a performance full of rhythm, stillness, energy, and wonder. Through *In Harmony with Nature*, the performers aim to foster a renewed sense of awareness, allowing you to experience the beauty of nature on a deeper level and, in doing so, discover more about yourself. Because by looking closely at the world around us, we can see who we truly are. A moment of stillness can make room for new insights and a meaning that only you can discover.
