<p style="text-align: center;">Through the eyes of Choreographer Sheree Lenting you look at the wildest dreams of her foremothers. In choreographer Sheree Lenting's performance she takes you into their untold stories from the past, present and future.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;">She questions, researches and cherishes her women's line. The dancers are the embodiment of the stories. Cicely Wijnaldum and Ciara Hiwat take you into womanhood. With the POWER, wisdom and love of their female ancestors as a legacy, they look to their future with confidence.</p>
<p>POWER 2 was part of a double bill that toured in The Netherlands in 2024: two powerful performances, both personal journeys of the makers, highlight origins, strength and creativity from two different perspectives.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>Award</strong><br />In May 2024 Sheree Lenting won the prestigious BNG Bank Dance Award for her choreography, which leads into another tour of 20 shows of 'I Am My Ancestors Wildest Dreams' in fall 2024.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">Cicely (21), born in Rotterdam, is a dancer, performer and a teacher. She completed her dance education at the Creative College in Utrecht <span style="background-color: #000000; font-size: 20px;"> </span><span style="font-size: 20px;">and has been broadening her passion and knowledge within the professional field ever since. You can find her in the theatre scene, but she also does a lot of commercial work. Cicely is a true creative and very active. Last year she danced for example for Oxygen, LUSU Foundation and Dalton Jansen. With POWER, she hopes to touch people with her storytelling and compelling movements.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: center;">Ciara Hiwat is an unique dancer from whom you can expect the unexpected. A dancer who has found the depth of dance. So focused on her inner journey that she travels in the love of dance. She lives hiphop with influences from different dance styles. Ciara takes the one that appeals to her, learns its basics and combines it with her own sense of knowledge. An authentic dancer who can enter the emotions of others through the dynamics of her movement.
