<p style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;">De getalenteerde Wennah Wilkers brengt in coproductie met Lloydscompany 25 februari een ode aan housedance in theater Bellevue. Een internationale cast van uitzonderlijke performers danst ‘Our House’ op muziek van Matt Benyayer. Ook het publiek wordt uitgenodigd om mee te dansen.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;">In het najaar van 2024 presenteerde de getalenteerde danser en choreograaf Wennah Wilkers haar nieuwste voorstelling Our House, een coproductie met Lloydscompany. Our House is een indrukwekkende ode aan Housedance. Deze dynamische dansstijl, bekend om zijn energieke voetenwerk, cyphers en het gevoel van saamhorigheid, staat centraal in de voorstelling.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;">Er wordt een industriële, underground en community sfeer gecreëerd, waarbij het publiek wordt uitgenodigd om deel te nemen aan het gevoel van saamhorigheid en de meditatieve staat van Our House. De muziek, speciaal gecreëerd voor Our House door de Britse producer Matt Benyayer (UK), draagt bij aan de industriële, underground sfeer die de voorstelling ademt.</span></p>

Ze staat bekend om haar unieke stijl waarin ze hedendaagse en urban dans moeiteloos met elkaar verweeft. Eerdere producties van Wilkers werden geprezen en getoond op podia zoals Maaspodium, Over 't IJ Festival, Breakin' Convention Netherlands Tour en One Night’s Dance.</span> </span></p>

De voorstelling gaat op 28 september 2024 in première in het Maaspodium te Rotterdam en bezoekt op dinsdag 25 februari het Bellevue theater in Amsterdam. Daarna is deze beschikbaar voor boekingen in theaters en festivals.</span></p>
